World Economic Forum, Africa

I’m in Cape Town for the World Economic Forum. I’m a panelist on the Mobile Revolution panel tomorrow afternoon, along with Michael Joseph, Nick Nesbitt (Kencall), and Wolfgang Lehmacher (Geopost). You can catch a livestream of the panels here.

    Ask the if anyone is building any applications on the google mobile platform Android (http://www.google.com/mobile/android/ and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Android), or the iphone platform? Especially, ask Michael Joseph, which platform he is going to support. This is technology, and it won’t be too long before these platforms reach affordable levels, the latest iphone is now going for 99 dollars in the States.
