looked thru that list of “bylaws”…can’t type more because my head just exploded….yaani RIDICULOUS!!! Let’s see if any of this new revenue goes to fix some much needed basic services (hello, garbage collection???How was this service working so well in the 70’s and 80’s and non-existent now? Street Lights? Public Safety measures?). Let me go nurse my head…
