Appreciate you sharing this, Orie.
Gotta let the masses know. Knowledge is power.
Great one Pundit see the discussion here http://www.whive.com/KingBee/blog/796/
Nice and simple. This should ensure even the less versed in reading heavy legal documents understand the basics of the proposed draft constitution. My gratitude to you and the author of the illustrated document. Hope this is circulated as widely as possible.
Now that’s a smart approach, thx for sharing!
Thanks for sharing, Ory…and thanks too to Njeri’s amazing approach and work on helping to demystify the draft.
The dialogue around the Harmonized draft constitution should be driven by making the content & impact of the document easy to understand by anyone. This is a great step towards initiating & engaging more people in those conversations
hope its something that will allow transparency
this is a good job. it led me to think of the industrial disputes court. it gets no mention in the draft although it is a critical part of the judiciary so many disputes regarding to trade are being registered each day. of late there has been disputes between the industrial court and the high court. arguments that the industrial court is equivalent to the high court have also been put forward.
in my opinion I’d rather we have an independent trade disputes court of which its ruling can only be heard by the court of appeal.
WOW just what I was looking for. Came here by
