– Chaos in Garsen as Mungatana declared winner despite claims of rigging. Also violence in Starehe and Kamkunji.
– Presidential results via NTV: Raila 50.2%, Kibaki 40.9%
Raila leading in Western, Nyanza, Rift Valley and Coast. Kibaki leading in Central, Nairobi, North Eastern. Kalonzo leading in Eastern.

As I see it, Raila is at 3.55M, Kibaki 2.9M, Kibaki is closing in but has tallied most of the votes from central, so has Raila from Nyanza, we are now looking at R.V, NBI and Coast.
